Big thank you to alumni parent, Chris Dowley, who was the head of the finance committee for many years, volunteers at every turn, stokes fires at Enchanted Fairs and has cheered on staff, faculty and parents for so many years. His latest generosity provided us with boot racks. They are beautiful AND functional. Thank you Chris!!

Interested in working at Waldorf School at Moraine Farm this summer? Waldorf School at Moraine Farm is looking for enthusiastic educators to help teach our summer camp program. We are also seeking an experienced, Waldorf-trained teacher to join some of our current staff in our Nursery and Kindergarten 2019 summer program.

Winter Break

Winter Break

Winter Break starts this week after Thursday’s Winter Assembly with a regular dismissal time of 2:45 pm. Sweat Pea aftercare from 1 to 2:40 pm; no Goldenstar. School will be on break from Friday, December 21 through Tuesday, January 1, 2019, resuming on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.  Next Waldorf Buzz will be sent on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

Want to be a substitute teacher?

We warmly invite you to participate in the upcoming Substitute Teacher Training. The purpose of this training is to assist you in the knowing and following of school procedures and practices, share helpful hints and tricks around classroom management and developmental stages, as well as the flow of the lesson and expectations for substitutes.
