In anticipation of Grandparents and Special Friends Day next week, the Outdoor Life Committee is asking for any and all volunteers to please take a couple of hours the morning of Nov. 18 to do a little raking around the school grounds. There is no need to be there the entire morning, and it can be a fun and gratifying activity for the kids, especially when there is a big pile of leaves in which to jump. Coffee and tea will be provided with perhaps a bonfire if the weather allows.
