Discount ticket sales end at 5 pm on Wednesday, December 11.

Tickets are used to purchase food and participate in activities. Below is a list of activities:

Tickets sold online will be held for you at Will Call near the entrance at the Enchanted Fair. Simply bring your receipt.

Sneak Peek of the Enchanted Fair

Information for Vendors

We are slightly altering our annual Enchanted Holiday Fair from years past by changing how artisans can participate as vendors. Our focus is promoting Waldorf School at Moraine Farm and sharing our annual traditions with the community. We will still be offering the same high-quality and beloved activities both for adults and children to highlight and foster the magic of the season. It will still be a fair where guests can create gifts, participate in fun family activities for all ages, and connect with friends and alumni.

What this means for artisans is that we will have two opportunities for artisan sales.

1) Wholesale—we will be accepting vendor products on a wholesale basis, to be sold through our Enchanted Caravan School store.

2) Friday Night Shopping Table—for those needing vendor tables, we will offer Friday night shopping only.

If you are interested in one or both of these options, we encourage you to submit an application as soon as possible, as space is limited. This year, the Holiday Fair is scheduled for December 14th.

Enchanted Fair Revenue Raised

This year’s Enchanted Fair raised $16,800, $1,705 more than the previous year! Our gross was $19,200 and our expenses were just $2,400, which was $3,000 less than the previous years. In 2017, although we grossed $20,225, after expenses we netted $15,050. Another factor contributing to our success this year was an increase in sponsorship. In 2018, we brought in $3,800 through sponsorships.

Thank you to the Enchanted Fair Committee for their vision and hard work. A goal for this year’s committee was to make the enchanted fair more family friendly, less disruptive to our classrooms, and more sustainable long term. Thank you to all our parents, alumni, volunteers, and students for all the time and attention given to bring this event to life.

Enchanted Fair Craft Student Workshop

Student Craft Making for the Upcoming Enchanted Fair.

Join our new school store manager Stacia Chamberlain, and Handwork teacher Heather Collis Puro to make items to sell at the Fair!

Craft offerings will include: marble painted bookmarks, cross stitch ornaments and needle felted acorns.

If you have ideas of items you would like to make to donate to the Enchanted Caravan, Wee Folke Shoppe or Pocket Gnome, please email Heather Collis Puro.

Workshop is open to students in Grade 4 and up. Parents are welcome. Students can attend on their own. Time to be confirmed. Please RSVP to Heather Collis Puro or Stacia.
