The Interim Leadership Team (Vanya Yoors, Coleen Ryan and Lisa Mahar) has been collaborating with the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Circle (faculty representatives) to lay the groundwork for future school leadership and strategic planning.
Our next step in the process is a series of interviews with members of the community. These interviews will take place after the new year. Those who will be interviewed include past and present parents, board members, faculty members, staff members, and friends of our school. Interviews will be conducted by Lisa Mahar, who worked as the Administrator at the Monadnock Waldorf School for over 25 years and now supports many schools in the areas of governance, planning, and board work, including ours.
Through these interviews we hope to gain deeper insight into school character, school culture, future priorities, areas of strength, and opportunities for growth. Gaining a deeper understanding from the community on these important topics will support and inform our work moving forward.
