Each Wednesday, outside school near the Trayes Room and Buttercup Playground, beginning September 29, Moraine Farm’s Grade 3 & 4 will host a pop up shop to raise funds for their 5-day trip to Hawthorne Valley Farm in March 2022.
Our offer will be seasonal soups prepared by class parent and renowned chef, Luke Beardslee, as well as delicious breads, flower bouquets, Maitland Farm fermented goodies and more.
This Wednesday’s featured soup will be roasted butternut squash, and the shop will also have in stock a collection of fermented and pickled goodies from Maitland Farms and fall-themed flower bouquets.
The October 6th featured soup will be released this coming week, along with details about pre-ordering online. Accepted payments: checks made out to WSMF Class 2026-27 and Venmo can be used onsite at the shop.
