The Development Committee, along with faculty and staff members Deann Reyes-Wangh and Anita Haller-O’Neill had a successful evening where members of our WSMF community came together to enjoy some delicious s’mores and cider. New community members had the chance to meet some school faculty of the school and get to know many of the reasons why we love our school.
We gathered around the firepits, noshed on s’mores, and sipped on warm cider (the most popular combination was marshmallows and milk chocolate sandwiched between stroopwafels). The evening weather was crisp and clear with the beautiful harvest moon peeking through the trees. Friends old and new roasted delicious gourmet s’mores while we relaxed and laughed by the fire. It’s events like this that foster a deeper community connection. Thanks to all that were able to make it!
