Stephanie from Bonny Bread in Beverly is interested in our farmer’s market and would love to have it mostly be a Bread CSA pick-up! The cost is $29/month and you will receive a large sourdough bread each week. She offers breads made with fresh flour predominately from Four Star Farms (Northfield, MA), Maine Grains out of Skowhegan, Maine and One Mighty Mill out of Lynn, Massachusetts. With only three ingredients–flour, water, and salt–each bread is slow-fermented with wild yeast. This fermentation allows for the gluten to begin to break down, giving your gut a head start, and also allows for deep, rich flavor to develop! Here is her website with more information.
